By many, the bear is thought to be representative of grounding forces and strength.  A powerful totem, the symbol of the bear helps it's wearer stand up against life's challenges while maintaining connection between earth and the cycles of nature. Styled off of a cave bear, a prehistoric species, it's my objective that this piece carry with it that capacity and assist in intention setting.

As daunting as the cave bear may have looked (weighing in at an estimated 1,000 pounds and measuring close to 10 feet) they fed mostly on plants, seeds, and tubers.
